Australian 100% Honey

Australian Honey 100% pure, raw, Australian honey, naturally produced by bees and brought to you by Australian Beekeepers.

Australian Honey 100% pure, raw, Australian honey, naturally produced by bees and brought to you by Australian Beekeepers.

Smooth, sweet and fragrant, Australian Raw Honey is manufactured by Aussie bees who have foraged native eucalypt and ground flora in Australia’s pristine national parks.

Australian honey is one of the few honeys still collected from native bushland and forests, rendering it some of the purest in the world. Additionally, due to Australia’s strict biosecurity measures, it is also free from most honeybee diseases, rendering it perfectly pure.

NO use of husbandry chemicals and artificialised antibiotics are used in the process or harvesting of our honey.

Its delicious flavour is a result of most honey in Australia originating from an enriched variety of native Eucalyptus trees. The mighty Eucalyptus tree and surreal flora forms the foundation for our uniquely premium produce.

Who wouldn’t like to experience honey from plants with names like Leatherwood, Stringybark, Grey Box, Black Box, Jarrah, White Gum, Spotted Gum, White Box, Mallee, Blackbutt, Yellow Box, River Red Gum, Blue Gum and Narrow-leaved Ironbark to name a few!

Manuka Honey is known for its medicinal properties, carrying more antibacterial properties than any other type of honey in the world, making it more than just a tasty table condiment.

In Australia, when the floral source can be determined, the honey is labelled as such, for example, “Stringybark Honey” or “Blue Gum Honey”. If it comes from multiple sources it is labelled, “Wildflower Honey” or “Garden Honey”.

Most of the honey that finds it way onto the table is the result of blending after extraction, sometimes called, “Australian Honey”. Fortunately, there are plenty of unblended single floral and multi-floral honeys available.

In light of this dreamlike meeting of nature, we only export the best quality, 100% Australian local honey that is pure, raw and healthy – just as nature intended.
